I have several other ways in which @SouthwestAir was inaccessible to those who may need assistance as far as scheduling, getting off the plane, etc. because there was not one flight in which my grandmother or others who needed to pre-board were treated with respect.

This week I traveled with my grandmother from Hartford to Nashville for my cousins wedding and I am absolutely appalled at the inaccessibility of @SouthwestAir flights for people with disabilities. A thread:

grandmother is totally rushing and stressed out. It’s just wrong and the staff had absolutely no patience or desire to step in. It was actually a heart breaking experience. When you are traveling, please have empathy for others.
