I have spent the past 2 days getting bounced between HMRC phone numbers regarding you chasing me seis money and stating I haven't filed a tax return when I have.
I have spent over 10hrs on hold to 4 differnt phone numbers

@HMRCcustomers Oh yes I have done this with all of the "helplines" I have spoken to and they are all very adement on circulating the problem and passing the buck. Not getting anywhere as nobody wants to take ownership of the problem .

@HMRCcustomers Yes twice now, and they bounce me back to the self assessment team who bounce me back to seiss

@HMRCcustomers 2019- 20 . The letter says its not been filled but has a successful date of submission on the 14th Feb 2021 . And everyone I have spoken too can also see this however you are trying reclaim seiss payment on the basis that its not been filled.
