@AskeBay We are not receiving invoice requests made via the checkout page by our customers. We have been able to communicate to most of them that they will need to send requests via direct messages, but I wanted to let you know that there is a bug in the system.

@AskPayPal I got a notification when logging in to check that my information was correct. It showed an old address, but when I go to my account information, it does not give me the option to remove that one. Also your AI chatbot is broken.

@AskeBay As a buyer and a seller, I find the autopayments "feature" to be absolutely horrible. It makes combining shipping impossible. Nowhere in seller settings does it explain that requiring a buyer to have a payment method (common sense) will auto charge them (fucked up).

@AskeBay As a seller and a customer, I find automatic payments very frustrating. It makes it impossible to combine items bought from the same seller. It does not make any sense at all to tie this to a requirement that a buyer have a payment method on their account.

@AskeBay I wanted to follow up with one additional issue I'm seeing with the new messaging system - we are not receiving combined invoice requests from our customers in the new system. This is very frustrating for us and for our customers.

@AskeBay i cant see how long is left in an auction or the item number from a member's message. cant right click or flag messages. the inbox sorts messages i've already replied to ahead of messages i still need to reply to.
