When learning about different types of exposure states it made me think about how much I’m actually attentive. I feel like for a lot of my life I’ve been in the automatic state, on auto pilot but also the transported state getting sucked into media for hours on end. #EM120

I think it’s so interesting how we develop media literacy. You hear people say kids absorb information like a sponge but I never really truly understood just how much you can learn at such a young age without even processing it. #EM120
