@AvantiWestCoast The train manager has just personally apologised & said AWC decided to run the train in the knowledge it would have no air con throughout half of it as the alternative was to cancel. So AWC was fully aware, and ran it to avoid paying out on ANOTHER cancellation.

@AvantiWestCoast surely it’s not legal to operate with trains this hot? 16.30 to Glasgow is dangerously hot. You should also pre warn passengers if you know certain carriages are going to her overheating

@Parker2Jonathan @AvantiWestCoast Based on the above and the fact the train manager announced it the moment we pulled out the station I would say you definitely did know. I’ve walked down the train and all seats are taken in air conned carriages.

@British_Airways We’ve DMd, queued endlessly for chat & called every number available. The hotel have since informed us the bag has been delivered there despite us explicitly saying we were leaving at 4am this morn. How do you advise we get our bag? This is absolutely appalling customer service.
