@TeamYouTube Ok, we submitted that form this morning with that URL, since these videos were all training abs tutorial videos that would have never violated that policy. Thank you for your help.
@TeamYouTube my employer’s - @ourlifeloop- YouTube account seems to have been terminated for no reason? Only 100 or so videos are left, this seemed to have happened over night. Can you help??
@TeamYouTube We found the screenshot from a couple months ago. The “LifeLoop” channel no longer exists when we log into our YouTube- most of the videos in that channel were ‘unlisted’. No on besides our employees should have had access to our YouTube account and channels.
@TeamYouTube I will need to check with my team. Thank you for your help! Is there any way we can receive customer support for this issue besides through Twitter? These videos are vital to our customers and we want to try and figure out the issue as quickly as possible.
@TeamYouTube The screenshot was of our website where we linked videos that we had uploaded directly to YouTube. Here’s an example of one of those YouTube videos that is no longer working.

@TeamYouTube I don’t understand what you mean by link. Is there someone we can speak to over the phone? Our customers need access to these videos- since we never received an email about the termination we don’t have the URL of the channel that we are having these issues with. Thank you!!
@TeamYouTube That’s true. There’s some videos that are still accessible but everything our customer service team uploaded is now gone. And this is what we see when we try to access those videos
@TeamYouTube Yes, my coworker submitted an appeal and they said our account was still accessible so there was nothing further they could do. It seems a channel was deleted- when we attempt to access those videos we get a screen saying something termination https://t.co/BRCKf2Yday
