As serious questions about Trump's physical and mental fitness abound...
...two weeks ago, I warned about a JD Vance presidency, courtesy of the 25th Amendment.
.@KatiePhang's SIDEBAR: Trump, Vance and the 25th Amendment. "If something were to happen to Trump, the big job would go to JD Vance... Vance is a threat to everything Americans hold dear: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."
Katie Phang says it best: Our current struggles are intertwined. Abortion, the economy, personal freedom? All pieces of the same pie. Thank you @KatiePhang

In the latest episode of My Body. My Pod, I spoke with @jamie_raskin, @KatiePhang, and Brittany Fonteno in front of a live audience of organizers and activists about what's at stake in the fight for repro freedom. Check it out on YouTube or wherever you get your podcasts!
UFC Freedom 250 is facing a chaotic weather setup on the White House South Lawn, with a 60% chance of thunderstorms, heavy downpours, and wind gusts up to 34 mph threatening to delay the outdoor fights. On top of the storm risk, brutal D.C. humidity is driving a triple-digit heat index alongside massive swarms of mosquitos and gnats that fighters will have to battle inside the cage. While the venue’s massive 92-foot overhang will keep the octagon dry, a single lightning strike within eight miles will trigger an automatic 30-minute freeze on the entire event.

"It is so fucking obvious that it was and continues to be in real time a cover-up. Because if you didn't do anything wrong, Donald Trump, if you didn't commit crimes, Donald Trump, then why are people scrambling to protect your ass?"
Katie Phang reacts to the NY Times' bombshell reporting on the Epstein files.

I joined Epstein survivors, @katiephang, @Rep_Stansbury, and @repjasmine at the Redacted Reading Room in DC and discussed Todd Blanche as the incoming DOJ AG and why @OversightDems are fighting for truth, accountability, and justice for all Epstein survivors.
I encourage everyone to come visit the exhibit, which includes roughly 3.5M pages of the public Epstein Files, before it closes on Sunday.
We are suing on behalf of @KatiePhang to get the Epstein Files fully disclosed. Todd Blanche moved to dismiss our case, but never even bothered to argue that he's following the law. Tonight we filed our reply. Follow along at https://t.co/IQTtxxaTO1.
Katie Phang on Jeffrey Epstein's former assistant Lesley Groff: This woman's name appears more than 167k times in the existing rollout of the Epstein files.
She worked for Epstein from February of 2001 until July of 2019. I want you to think about the fact that that is 18-19 years of employment as Jeffrey Epstein's closest executive assistant.
Yet, she insists she had no idea what Jeffrey Epstein was doing.
It defies logic and reality.
Katie Phang: Hello, mainstream media, legacy media. You gotta be asking James Comer why he's allowing the transcribed interview and not allowing the sworn deposition videotaped testimony of former AG Pamela Jo Bondi.
The person who said, "I've got the Epstein files on my desk." The person who issued that July 7, 2025 memo alongside FBI's Kash Patel saying, "I've looked at everything, there's nothing left to give over, there's no one left to investigate, there's nothing to be done."
And yet, subsequent to that, we get three million plus pages and documents with another three million that Todd Blanche is still sitting his ass on?
Stop. We're not fucking stupid.
So..... @KatiePhang got some quick action
Judge sets June 16 hearing at 11am on her motion for preliminary injunction to demand Trump Admin release more of the Epstein Files
Hearing is here in DC before Judge Emmet Sullivan
Journalist and podcaster Mandy Matney joins Katie Phang to discuss Alex Murdaugh’s murder conviction being overturned: "In those five years [since Maggie and Paul were murdered], I've learned so much about particularly the South Carolina justice system and how it works one way for men like Alex Murdaugh and it works another way, it seems like, for the rest of us."
ALERT: @KatiePhang files for preliminary injunction to demand release of more of the Epstein Files withheld by Trump Admin
Her filing asks court to order Todd Blanche:
"must unredact the names of Epstein’s associates in eight particularly odious emails"
"must unredact the names of potential co-conspirators in two internal Dept of Justice documents"
"must produce a set of illegally withheld documents from an FBI investigation into allegations about President Donald Trump"
