@realgirl_fieri Honestly, the worry. I had been a nanny for 15+ years and had cared for a wide variety of ages/backgrounds/learning abilities/anxieties. I had quite a bit of experience going into parenthood. And yet, when my own child cried, I felt like an amateur all over again.
