Second phone call to @ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople today 7months later they still havent fixed my problem!! And everytime its we need to escalate this to the back office and i still get no response. Just causes unessecary stress!

@ScottishPower Shame you cant give customers a ring back or reply to email and messages! Trying to sort my gas meter out since MAY!!! Because you have them all all mixed up! I just think its bad customer service and unnecessary stress has been caused!

@ScottishPower ive been trying to open an account since end of may! No one is answering emails or phone calls in which im getting cut off. Every company is quick enough to take money owed but trying to open account is a joke. And i cant open one without an account number which
