@RiotSupport @SmilingDinosaur my bf has this bug, it only happens in live games (not customs) so he can only test if he's fixed the problem by queuing up and has gotten so much low prio I fear he'll get a suspension next. he's been in touch with support 4 issue but is there any way to clear these punishments?
