SAFA Vice President Anastacia Tsichlas has called for more recognition and investment in Banyana Banyana, stressing that the team is expected to win while not receiving adequate support from the media, corporate South Africa and the football sector.
She made the remarks during the Goals 4 Pads launch event today, hosted by Banyana Banyana and Stayfree, where stakeholders gathered to announce a new initiative aimed at empowering young girls through football.
