@dertouristik Wie schon mal erwähnt, Reisen können auf Webseiten gebucht und bezahlt werden, um dann grundlos einige Tage später storniert zu werden....die Rückerstattung lässt dann auf sich warten. Schweinerei und Abzocke.
@dertouristik Mein Urlaub auf die Balearen wurde kurzfristig grundlos storniert. Am Telefon wird es mit "man darf bis zum 13.9 nicht auf die Balearen fliegen" begründet. Komischerweise kann ich trotzdem weiterhin Reisen dorthin über Ihre Webseite buchen!????
@EdinRendezvous Just ordered on your website for collection. Got a confirmation and my credit card was charged. Turns out you are completely CLOSED!?? How dare you charge people money and have them order online when you are not open? RIP-OFF!
@aoifeseye@etihad I also waited for over an hour, and only to try and buy something! Bad business model....you can change your flight online, but not buy a travel voucher?
@etihad The voucher deal is running out today so I don’t see how a call back can be arranged. It was just a poor idea to have more people call, when passengers genuinely need help with their reservations.

@VinesseWines Absolute non-existent customer service...no response via email, no response on twitter, and chat option never available. The wines were decent, but I had to cancel my membership as I find service equally important. Not the way to run a business.
@VinesseWines As I said, it was not the first message. What you could do is suggest to your customer service to respond to customer emails. I sent a few emails and never got an answer, only once when I cancelled my membership. Terrible service.
@AskCiti I spent an hour on the phone to have a replacement card sent to my current address. Then I get a fraud alert and had to call in again. Turns out, the card was shipped to my home address. So not only won't I receive it, I also wasted more time on the phone. Great job!
@VinesseWines It is not the first time, I sent a couple of messages to you before. And I cancelled my membership because of this horrible customer service, so no need to look into this now.
@VinesseWines No answer from your customer service in 5 days, no shipment, and no agent available in online chat at any time of the day...did you close down?
@VinesseWines Shipment didn't go out, customer service does not answer emails, agent always "offline" on website...maybe you shouldn't have special offers running if you can't keep up delivering them?
@Delta Your website has been down since yesterday...it's impossible to call reservations, I don't have hours to spare. Any idea when it's back up and running?
