All she cares about is 1) that there’s enough cash in our checking account to pay for things and 2) that we’re not spending more than we earn.

@goddek Until I added K2 to my D3, my D levels would not budge. For years, I was chronically below 20, and often below 15. I’m still lower than I would like, but I am consistently over 40 now. This is a big deal for me! Big believer here! I use zinc, C, and mag, as well.

@goddek Breastfeeding is extremely difficult. This is why many of my friends chose alternatives after a few weeks to a month of infection, exhaustion, and more. Natural doesn’t mean easy, esp. in the early months. More early pregnancy education about this will increase retention rates.
