Have been w/ @ask_progressive so long we’re Crown+ members which is the top tier. WHY did our policy increase b/c of uninsured drivers and people’s cars getting stolen. They also increased our policy b/c they can’t find previous info on my VIN for my car IT WAS BRAND NEW!

@progressive sent 2 emails to us in 1 day. 1 says thank you for being w/them for 20+ years & we get xtra benefits. The other says our rates are $30 more a month. Call a rep who says its because of my zip code. AKA teens to steal cars of a certain type that I DONT EVEN OWN 😡.
