@HamptonByHilton he was unhelpful and clueless. I asked him for any empty room, storage closet, empty office...anything!! No suggestions. Your employees should be more aware of the needs of others and be empowered to help them out.

@HamptonByHilton I am a nursing mom at one of your hotels for a mtg. When I asked the front desk person for a room to pump, he said there wasn’t a place and he would have to charge me to use a room. This is unacceptable. You have a hotel full of rooms!!
