@pammoran We are assuming our current tests truly assess student learning, but do they? Trim the unnecessary fat on the curriculum and utilize a growth-based approach to accountability. This creates more opportunities for Ts to teach 21st C skills (5 Cs) and incorporate authentic tasks.
