“Don’t blindly sign those electronic keypads at the hospital, doctor’s office, or urgent care. Ask for the hard copy and write NO BIOLOGICS / NO VACCINES.”

A former nurse warned about this back in 2019 .. and it’s still happening. Sick kids and adults have been vaccinated without full informed consent.
