38-yrs old man with late present #STEMI. Ectatic PL branch filled with tromb. 6Fr guide intubated deep in RCA and occlusion crossed with #BHW wire. Followed by #Trevo Pro 18 in 5F #Sofia. Tromb had been taken out with 4.5x37mm #EnVast stentriever. Stented with 4.5x15mm DES.
