The creation and circulation of AI-generated imagery misusing the likeness of a TXT member is a serious violation of personal dignity, privacy, and individual rights.

Attempts to invade the privacy of TXT members, fabricate misleading content, or spread false narratives about them are unacceptable and must not be tolerated. The use of artificial intelligence to create deceptive imagery does not diminish the seriousness of these actions or the harm they can cause.

We call on BIGHIT MUSIC to take immediate and appropriate legal action to address this incident, protect the artist concerned, and pursue all available measures against those responsible.
