I've had a lot of my work devalued because I presented simpler, clearer designs than what my teammates submit.

@incendy @__Sterling__ @bryanl I totally agree. I was trying to emphasize that an experienced person doing high quality work in 2 days is not the same as an inexperienced person doing low quality work in 2 days. Unfortunately, quality is tricky to measure, so both get treated the same.
