@Warhailes After reading all 116 pages of my sworn testimony, I freaking nailed it. No legal training yet I still made a lawyer sweat. Crazy what the truth and documentation do to people and I have documented like a mfer😂

@Warhailes Honestly, I'm so thankful I had him second or I'd have been much more nervous for the boces one. Boces lawyer was a 🍑. She's the one that asked if I'd foil requested the 3 schools BOCES said declined me. So far 2/3 has no responsive records. AKA they didn't decline me.

@Warhailes No judge involved yet. I have to wait 30 days after each hearing (2 different schools/government institutions) with different actions/retaliation. If they don't attempt to make a settlement then I have 1 year and 90 days from the retaliation to file suit.

@Warhailes This was just a hearing that I had to participate in to preserve my right to sue for adverse employment action after protected activity(reporting a staff member for behavior that was NOT ok). I'm currently pro se so it was just me, the schools lawyers(2hwarings)& the stenographer

Newsflash buddy,I lock in under pressure and I don't scare easily. I was nervous because I didn't know what it would mean if he ended it but I didn't show him

At least the FOIL request gave me my personnel file. I knew I nailed the interview😂
