The 19 characters in Chinese , is a stone inscription which was forgotten after writing for next 2200 years until 1937, when a farmer in China founded and brought it home to be used as a tool.
The archaeologists brought it to Hebei Museum in 1970s where it sits today.
After research, the text was deciphered, and the king refers to head of the Zhongshan State , who reigned between 309BC to 296BC，the State is one of the five medium states in terms of military strength during the Warring States period, located in the mountain area between modern-day Hebei and Shanxi provinces.
