After making contact with these satellites, weโre celebrating another big milestone for Pelican.
Our Pelicans combine high-resolution, rapid tasking, and onboard AI capabilities (via @nvidia's Jetson platform) to meet customer needs in a rapidly changing world.

We are so thrilled to share that our first hyperspectral satellite Tanager-1 successfully launched into orbit and made contact with our team.
With Tanager-1 in orbit, weโve expanded our capabilities, capturing phenomena that are invisible to the human eye, and helping to reveal greenhouse gasses in our atmosphere.
With 36 SuperDoves, we aim to replenish our extensive PlanetScope constellation, capturing a near-daily scan of planet Earth.
