@TataMotors @TataMotors_Cars Shocked by @TataMotors service! Altroz DCA gearbox failed at just 41,000 km. Error: "Clutch 1 actuation pressure below target." Instead of repairing the pressure issue, I'm asked to pay ₹3 Lakhs for a new assembly. Is this the Tata reliability?

My Tata Altroz DCA is currently at [Tata maximum Attapur Hyderabad ] with a specific error: "Clutch 1 Actuation Pressure Below Target."
The vehicle has only covered 41,000 km. They asking full gear box replacement there is no repair

After almost 2 months waiting the ticket was denied the warranty without providing the final resolution.

The Denial: @cars24india is denying the claim by calling it "clutch failure," a generic term that isn't even listed on their exclusions! They are ignoring the root cause of the transmission system component failure which they are legally obligated to cover.
