@BuyoyaJonah A lot of counseling has to be done on the importance of antenatal services, starting from the community itself, churches, market's and possibly door to door campaign like they do it for Polio and Malaria the clinic/hospital counseling alone isn't enough my thoughts.
Your partner cannot be your everything. That is unrealistic.
You need a life outside your relationship. Friends who challenge you. Hobbies that excite you. Goals that are yours alone. Your partner is not meant to be your therapist, your entire social circle, your only source of happiness, and your sole emotional support all at once. That is too much weight for one person to carry. And it is a fast track to resentment, burnout, and disappointment. A healthy relationship is two whole people choosing each other, not two halves clinging to each other because they have nothing else. Keep your friendships. Keep your passions. Keep your identity. Because the moment you lose yourself in someone else, you have nothing left to bring to the relationship. And love cannot survive on emptiness.
When God starts blessing you, mind your ego. Success is a quiet test most people fail. When the blessings start flowing, the ego wants to take credit. I built this. I earned this. I deserve this. But you didn't wake yourself up this morning. You didn't set the universe in motion. Gratitude keeps you grounded. Pride puffs you up and sets you up for a fall. Stay humble. The same hands that blessed you can humble you. Give thanks. Share the overflow. Remember where you were before the doors started opening.
Never put effort into a woman. The harder you chase, explain, or negotiate, the less she actually likes you. And your logical brain as a man thinks effort means results, but female attraction doesn't work that way. They despise men who want them the most.
Your mission has to come before every woman. Build your body, build your mind, build your wealth. All women go last. She should orbit your purpose. She should never replace it.
For a woman to cheat on you, it's not that she's fallen in love with another man. She's just definitely not in love with you.
And taking her back isn't forgiveness. It's providing free accommodation until she meet a better option. True is predicated on the fact that you respect me in my absence.
Without that reciprocity, it's not love-it's attachment.
@MindOfHeadking She said no i respect that and i move on to someone else, she became jealous, came begging, but it was already late, i was no longer moved.
Don't tolerate disrespect just to drink water from every cup, go to where respect and values comes naturally.
Smart people emulate process because they understand that is where the magic and sustainability lie. The rest want to copy results and they become one-hit wonders. Don't get lost in the vibes, focus on skills.
If you are struggling with a backache because you sit in the office for long hours or you are a driver or a rider,
• Start sleeping on the floor.
A bed and mattress compress your spine.
A hard floor straightens your spinal column.
• When you wake up, do some dead hangs for 30 seconds, three times.
Then, tribal squats for 3 minutes.
These will decompress your spinal column and calm the backache.
• In addition, plan to walk 8,000 to 10,000 steps daily.
Movement keeps your muscles fit and strong.
The dull backache is due to an inactive core, a tight pelvis, weak buttocks and a frail lower body.
Human beings were designed to move all the time, not to sit.
Men, stay away from a woman who gives other men reasons to lust after her. If she’s constantly seeking validation and refusing to set boundaries,….respect yourself, let her go.
Men waste years trying to be the guy who sacrifices everything, while women are smart enough to choose themselves first.
A woman will protect her own peace and future every single time, without feeling guilty.
Stop getting mad at how they play the game. Learn from it, set your own rules, and start putting your own life first.
I went through my lowest days by myself. No calls, nobody checking on me, no real support, just me figuring it out and still handling life like nothing was wrong. So now I move different. I'm not overgiving, I'm not chasing nobody, and I'm not feeling obligated to keep proving my heart to people who wasn't there when it counted. If you wasn't with me when it I was going through it, don't expect the best version of me now. I'm standing on my distance and letting you stand on how you moved.
A boy becomes a man the day he checks his girlfriend’s phone for the first time. Before that experience, he has no idea the evils that women are capable of committing without an ounce of shame or remorse.
Bro, buy her expensive gifts, take her to fancy dinners, pay for trips every where.
I promise you, she will show you exactly why you should have spent that cash on yourself instead..
You must master the GRACE of SILENCE. Be silent in the heat of anger. Be silent when you don't have all the facts. Be silent when you haven't verified the story. Be silent if your words will offend a weaker person. Be silent when it is time to listen. Be silent when you are tempted to make light of holy things. Be silent when you are tempted to joke about sin. Be silent if you would be ashamed of your word later. Be silent if your words would convey the wrong impression. Be silent if the issue is none of your business. Be silent when you are tempted to tell an outright lie. Be silent if your words will damage someone else's reputation. Be silent if your words will damage a friendship. Be silent when you are feeling critical. Be silent if you can't say it without screaming. Be silent if your words will be a poor reflection of your friends and family. Be silent if you may have to eat your words later. Be silent - if you have already said it more than one time. Be silent when you are tempted to flatter a wicked person. Be silent when you are supposed to be working instead!!
WHOEVER GUARDS HIS MOUTH AND TONGUE KEEPS HIS SOUL FROM TROUBLES.
Nobody can unseat you from a table God has already prepared for you. People can talk, doubt, or try to compete for a seat that was never theirs to take. What's meant for you isn't up for debate—it's only a matter of time.
Men ruin their own lives trying to play the self-sacrificing hero, while women play the game of absolute self-preservation.
A woman will choose herself, her peace, and her future every single time unapologetically. Even when a situation demands empathy, her primary loyalty remains to her own trajectory.
Stop resenting this ruthlessness; study it. Build uncompromised boundaries and become entirely unapologetic about your own survival and success.
Poverty is not just a lack of money; it is a profound form of chronic trauma. It wires the brain for constant survival, leaving deep emotional, psychological, and physiological scars long after the financial situation changes.
You’ve seen me at my brightest and at my most broken, and you’ve loved me fiercely through both. That kind of love patient, honest, unshakable is the rarest gift anyone could ever receive, and I still marvel every day that it’s mine.
I love you more than any poem, any song, any sunset could ever capture. I love the way your laugh changes the temperature of a room, the way your voice softens when you say my name, the way you still look at me sometimes like I’m the most wonderful surprise you’ve ever found.
I promise to keep choosing you, in the easy, sunlit moments and in the heavy, shadowed ones. I promise to listen, to grow with you, to protect what we have with everything I am.
You are my home, my joy, my forever.
I will cherish you, adore you, and stand beside you for every single tomorrow we’re given. ❤️
