"The applause that greeted the Tafelberg judgment is applause for the Court’s willingness to step outside the Constitution and impose, through 'interpretation', a vision of spatial ordering that the constitutional text actually prohibits."

AfriForum did an in-depth investigation into Julius Malema to conclusively prove that the "Kill the Boer" chant is not just a metaphor, like his defenders and farm murder deniers claim.

Dada Morero knows that in 4 month’s time, he has no roll to play in the CoJ, no matter who wins. His promises to fix the City’s financial mismanagement holds no water. He is a destructive spent force: Treasury is right to hold back Joburg's funding. https://t.co/y4rFAWPAr3
ANC interviews Andile Lungisa for Nelson Mandela Bay mayor. A convicted criminal is their best candidate for a mayor's position. Have you no shame, @CyrilRamaphosa, every appointment the ANC makes is a convited criminal or fraud accused cadre. You are not serious when you and the fukker @MbalulaFikile says the ANC is rooting out corruption and cadres guilty of crimes or accused of crimes will not serve in government. Do you Cyril and Fixfokol take us all for fools? First Dina Pule, cause according to Fixfokol Mbalula, she deserves a second chance, and now the convict Andile Lungisa. The ANC is a party made up from criminals, you included Cyril, seeing that you're hiding the Phala Phala issue from SA. No Cyril, we're not fools, and we're tired of your and the ANC's bullshit. Bloody bastard criminal party, the ANC. Sis man Cyril, have you no shame?? Even Zuma, who i despise, was a 100 x better president than what you are. Sis, jesses.
How did we end up in a position where some of the least competent people are running the country, taking most of our hard-earned income and living lavishly at our expense while we struggle to get by?
We accept the lies. We accept the corruption and theft. We accept attempts to interfere in our lives and livelihoods. We accept them making it harder to build businesses, create jobs, and get ahead. We complain, adapt and just keep paying.
At what point do we stop accepting it?
How do we end this?
In rand terms, crude oil is now cheaper than in February, yet we're paying R7 more per litre than 4 months ago. Here's the scam:
Today, SA fuel levies are 14x higher today than at the height of Apartheid sanctions.
Originally, fuel levies was introduced to build our National highways, and later for SASOL subsidies during sanctions. It was always meant to be phased out.
The new regime decided not to phase it out, as was the original plan, but instead turned it into a permanent cash cow.
Time to expose it. Full story: https://t.co/EqSaleiCe6
🔴 LATEST: Sakeliga has submitted comments to the National Treasury opposing the draft Capital Flow Management Regulations.
The proposed regulations would hand the state sweeping powers over private property, beyond its constitutional limits.

Good morning, a recap to start the week:
The single greatest security threat this country faces is not the licensed firearm in the hands of a law-abiding citizen. It is the corruption and criminal infiltration that has hollowed out the state from within.

I see no problem, if someone representing SA in sport, publicly stated that #ANC@MYANC has plundered this country, diminished its prosperity through poor leadership, cadre deployment and bad policies. They would merely be speaking the truth.
🇿🇦Municipalities are fast approaching states so broken we simply won’t be able to fix them anymore … stand up, break the chains of cadre deployment, appoint competent management now!🇿🇦
Former President Thabo Mbeki alleged that Eskom managers intentionally allowed the power utility to descend into load shedding in order to exploit tender processes. https://t.co/e7E98vkDUO
Cyril promises to root out corruption then merely recycled corrupt ministers.
If ever you needed proof that the ANC has no real talent left, here it is.
