@Finnair appalling customer service. Flight from Seoul Incheon was delayed so missed my connecting flight to Edinburgh. Was re booked from Helsinki to Brussels then Brussels to Edinburgh. Flight from Helsinki to Brussels was delayed and I have missed my connecting flight again.
@Finnair stranded in Brussels Airport. No one to help me. Have been travelling for over 30 hours due to delays by Finnair and missing my connecting Finnair flights. Finnair booked me on to Brussels and Finnair was late again so I have missed my connecting flight to EDI.
@Finnair I’m now stranded at Brussels Airport and Air Brussels are saying the issue is with Finnair and there is no customer service to help me. Currently in a queue on the phone being charged €1.70 per minute to try and speak to a Finnair representative.
@ScotRail @CyclingWorlds @Scotlandteam@MurrayfieldStad I thought there was a 23:59 train to Dunfermline as part of the later trains during Edinburgh fringe. When I go on the Scotrail app it is showing the last train was 23:18, is this correct?
Avoid flying @KLM at all costs. Day 5 without my luggage and very little communication from @KLM. 24hrs since I was told my luggage supposedly arrived on 20th with a flight number they provided but no confirmation. @KLM where is my luggage?
@mads15749@KLM Nothing useful, keep telling me a flight number the baggage is on but keep telling me to bear with them on the next update but I have to keep chasing them. Also on day 5, was flying from London to Amsterdam and had a short connection and the suitcase didn’t make it to Seoul.
@KLM atrocious customer service for a flying blue member for my suitcase that never arrived into Incheon on Sunday 18th December. I have had no updates for the past 3 days and no number works to contact customer service. I eventually got through to someone and they have no
@KLM Absolutely no help. Telling me I can go online with PIR number to track. There is nothing after 4 days. Please can KLM do it’s job and provide a contact number and an update on the location of my suitcase!
@KLM I have no updates on my suitcase and cannot get any updates and it is very difficult to get through to someone. I have been told my suitcase will arrive within 20 days and this is no good as I fly back to the UK on 2nd Jan. Can someone please provide an update??
Recollection of the info of my suitcase in the system. All my clothes and sentimental items that are irreplaceable are in them. Customer service said I can go out and buy new clothes but that is not the point.
