@ScotRail left stranded with my bike after the Glasgow train from Inverness was not only delayed by over an hour but then terminated early at Perth. The next Glasgow train conductor then refused us to board the train with our bikes as we didn’t have reservations on that service.

@ScotRail Thanks for the reply. Luckily got on the delayed 22.18 service that is just leaving now because staff at Perth helped us. But this rule shouldn’t be at the discretion of train conductors! We hope we get finally get to Glasgow and will be applying for a full refund of our tickets.

@NetworkRailEUS HUGE thank you to members of staff Rosana and Anna Marie today; without them, and many many other members of wonderful staff they worked with, we wouldn’t have made it on our train as our Avanti tickets were locked and couldn’t print.

Please also feed back that this situation occurred even after having multiple emails with customer service over the last fortnight, including having to cancel/refund a ticket because the website had shown 2 bike reservations available when there was only one.

@AvantiWestCoast absolute nightmare trying to get tickets printed today with 2 bike reservations. If it wasn’t for Anna Marie and all the incredible staff working at @NetworkRailEUS we wouldn’t have made it. Booking a bike online LOCKS your ticket so it won’t print! Fix this!
