It’s 2021, and we still have to talk about equal pay for women.

On average, a woman would have to work every day in 2020 and through 3/24/21 to earn what a man made in 2020. For Black women, it’s 8/3. For Native American women, 9/8. For Latinas, 10/21. #EqualPayDay
