@CooperativeBank I appreciate the apology but this really does happen too often. I'm reluctant to switch banks, I moved to Co-op because you don't support the fossil fuel industry and are generally greener than others. But if this keeps happening I'll have to leave.

@HelloFreshUK Don't call it an inconvenience. It's a mess. You're conning your customers into believing you're a green company who cares about the environment. Don't make these empty 'green' posts if you can't practice what you preach.
