Our meter has not been reading since November 2023. My name is on the account with the billing team and they have logged the problem but not told the metering team who have a different record of the account and problem. No communication/action after 4 months!

I am struggling
I have the Bugaboo Stardust travel cot and the sheets made by Bugaboo specifically for the Stardust cot but when I put the sheets on the tabs and velcro on the base won't work. What is the function of the tabs/velcro?
I am worried about baby safety.
@Bugaboo I am afraid the question is not answered - I can see how the tabs go through the matress cover but how do they go through the Bugaboo stardust sheet? The UK team do not answer the phone.

@CodeBoom How old is the cat? Ours did this when her hormone levels dropped and she was too scared to assert her place outside with aggressive toms next door. Sorted with hrt from the vet!
@ExpressTestUK@Alpha2007D Strange to read this - I was assured when I complained about the 21 day wait a couple of weeks ago that this policy needed to go! The long delay means the voucher is effectively useless and we are not warned about it on booking.
@SimonCalder just to let you know Day2/8 testing with ExpressTestsUK is a shambles - it takes 21 days to issue the voucher to rebook! This means the voucher is effectively useless. The phone line people can do nothing and ExpressTests donโt seem to reply to their complaint form!

@ExpressTestUK Trying to get a voucher for rebooked days 2 and 8 - on the phone they say they canโt do anything The only people who can do anything cant be spoken to. You have to fill in the complaints form. The form doesnโt allow you to select vouchers as a complaint subject!!!
@ExpressTestUK it is now 4 days since I cancelled our day 2 and 8 tests. I sent a DM as requested but no reply. Email said the voucher will take 21 days, on the phone they said 48 hours. Now after 2 days another email saying it will take at least 2 more days to issue the voucher?
@ExpressTestUK Had to cancel our day 2 and 8 PCR tests as flight changed - but no voucher after 24 hours and email says could take 21 days. We travel back in 5 days so 21 days is useless to us! Why is it so slow to get the voucher?
