Catherine, the Princess of Wales sponsoring the HMS Glasgow Frigate, 3 days ago, was a moment of great pride for the Wales and a new milestone in Catherine's path as a Queen consort and it would have never happened without Queen Elizabeth II🔥
The Queen believed in showcasing the future of the Monarchy and she was always the first one to allow her Heirs to shine and learn, not by teaching but by doing.
Thus in 2021, in a great honour and responsibility for Catherine, The Queen appointed her as the sponsor for the Royal Navy ship HMS Glasgow.
A sponsor's duties does not just involve attending the ship's naming ceremony, but the sponsor must also participate in milestone events throughout its service. 🤩
Prince William has always been a very proud husband and he was the one to make the official announcement during a visit in 2021 to the site of construction of that very frigate. KP posted his personal message that day:
"It was a real honour to see the RoyalNavy's incredible new Type 26 ships under construction at BAE Systems’ shipyard in Govan.
The scale of achievement is truly staggering, and all the staff I’ve met here today are rightly proud of what you are doing."
"Today, I’m very pleased to announce that the Royal family's connection with Type 26 ships will endure for many years to come.
Her Majesty The Queen has approved the appointment of my wife, Catherine as Sponsor of the superb ship we see taking shape – HMS Glasgow."😍
In September 2022, shortly after the Queen's passing Catherine met with the Royal navy crew of the Frigate in Windsor to learn about the progress of the ship and their work.
The HMS Glasgow is a Type 26 anti-submarine frigate, designed to protect the UK's nuclear deterrent and aircraft carriers; the first of a new generation of Royal Navy's City-class frigates👌
The "Royal" part of the Royal Navy's name isn't just a question of ceremony. The Royal navy became deeply connected to the RF under Queen Victoria who took a close interest in her navy. Both of her grandsons, including the future George V, were sent off to serve at sea, and this royal seal of approval was valuable in promoting the Navy as a suitable employer for the sons of middle and upper class families.
This tradition has continued under The Queen's lineage and Prince Philip who served under The Royal Navy during WWII and demanded each Heir and male descendant put in service in The Royal navy as well🔥
Thus, last Thursday, May 22, 2025 was a special moment for both Prince William and Catherine. It was a historic moment that had been made possible by their mentor, Queen Elizabeth II❤️‍🩹
It was a moment of great Pride for William as a husband to accompany and watch his wife perform a duty fit of her position as Queen in waiting after years of enduring service and loyalty to the Crown and country🤩
And it was a long proud moment coming after a blip year of serious illness and surgery❤️‍🩹
Princess Catherine, as Queen in waiting, sponsoring the HMS Glasgow is steeped in a long royal tradition allying the Royal Navy with the Royal family.
In that, the Monarchy is a natural evolution and it will be interesting to see how this tie with the Royal Navy continues to endure with Prince William and his sons☕️

Democrats secretly inserted an amendment into 11 new bills that will revoke ALL OF THEM which “allows the attorney general to now go in and write the narrative in our ballot books”

“It is extremely unethical, immoral and wrong and they are absolutely lying to the people.”

“We're going to have 11. Within the next several weeks, we will have 11 bills that are signed into law, and they go into effect immediately. What that will allow them to do is say, we care so much about public safety. We passed these 11 bills, and we got put into effect immediately. We're moving forward.

Mhmm. Now we're coming up on that on our election in November with the ballot measure for 47. And they have now inserted an amendment into all 11 of those bills that says, if this valid initiative, the drug homelessness and theft reduction act, if that passes, all of these 11 bills will be automatically repealed.

What that does is it allows the attorney general to now go in and write the narrative in our ballot books, that when we read it and you're if you think about your ballot books, it says, a vote for this would do this. A vote against this would do this.

So what they're going to do is they're going to say, a vote for this proposition would immediately repeal these 11 wonderful bills that we put in place to save California, and that's why you shouldn't vote for this proposition.

It is extremely disingenuous. It is extremely unethical, immoral and wrong and they are absolutely lying to the people.

The governor, governor Newsom, attorney general Bonta, the senate pro tem and the speaker of the assembly are absolutely lying to the to Californians in what they are doing with this, all out of the out of a an agenda driven idea look and and and push for Californians that is being really orchestrated and enabled by Prop 47.

They don't want Prop 47 repealed or changed, and they are going to do everything they can to make sure that we vote the wrong way. What they did in 2014 to to trick us into voting for prop 47, they are going to attempt the same thing in November to trick us into not approving this ballot measure that will fix most of the aspects of prop 47.”
