@HMRCcustomers I don't think you'll be able to help but i'm having issues with an incorrect tax code. All the advise online and through your e-assistant is directing me to the helpline. 5th time lucky i'm through to the hold music now so hopefully it doesn't cut me off again!

... at least i've got the hold music this time! My next strategy was telling the automated service that I think I owe them millions and seeing how quick my call gets answered then! 😂

5th time lucky trying to get through to a human at HMRC, it kept taking all my details then playing a prerecorded clip saying we can't help you right now and cutting me off. Unfortunately for them it had already sent me the post call text survey so they've got 4 negative so far!
