3- so here I am, posting publicly now because clearly protocols are not being followed (i.e wearing hairnets!) and warning people not to use them, they really don’t care about their disgusting contamination of food 🤢

1- @pizzahutdeliver Rainham, Kent store. Sent us our food on Wednesday night, only for us to find a long black hair that was BAKED INTO the food! Have requested a refund but apparently this isn’t possible. I have photos of myself and partner to show our hair colour

2- also have photos of the hair that was INSIDE the food.
Have given Pizza Hut the opportunity to resolve this by processing a refund privately, but they’ve chosen not to.

@JustEatUK shocking service! Placed an order at 10:25am, it’s now nearly 2pm and it’s still not arrived! Customer service has been shocking and I can’t cancel the order without being charged 100% for it! 3.5 HOURS later and we have no shopping, and no refund! Appalling!!!!
