Hi @Morrisons a friend brought an online shop, she has a high gluten intolerance and therefore substituting gluten free items with wheat items is just no good. Please do better and maybe add an option to your online shop to state what allergens people have?

@Hermesparcels not happy, failed delivery twice now and after the first failed delivery a number to call and a picture was given of the location to drop the parcel off. Then I call the contact line and it's fully automated with no option to speak to someone! Ridiculous!
