@united I talked to your customer service last night to figure out options after my flight was cancelled & a connection was missed. I spoke to someone who was extremely rude & she ended up hanging up on me when I asked her what she needed from me regarding my info. Disappointed
@chaedria I think so. I see less empathy, less patience, less impulse control, and a lot more selfishness.
I personally have experienced a feeling of needing to see the world right now because I don’t want the opportunity to be ripped away again.
I ate out every meal, had chocolate croissants for breakfast, and chain smoked every day in Europe and somehow lost 10lbs so the whole “American food is poison” narrative might have some legs.
@TurkishAirlines I submitted a very specific complaint about being booked on a flight with you that did not exist, which also included details of my interaction with your customer service and significant delays on two additional flights. I want to speak with someone.
@mackenziechilds I’m extremely unhappy with the response I received from your customer service.
I placed an order earlier this year & I checked the individual boxes at the time to make sure things were correct, only to find out now the box content did not match the description.
@mackenziechilds this is poor customer service on your part. 1) it’s your mistake and 2) I understand having policies, but there should be exceptions and fixing your mistake should be one of them. Especially at the price point for your products.
