@MartinSLewis my gas meter is broken and my supplier is increasing my bill based on estimates. I have spoken to OFGEM and they can’t do anything yet as my supplier only gave my a complaint number today. Is there anything I can do?

I mentioned it to them thinking they would go into the carriage at the next stop however they did nothing despite the group clearly disrupting the other carriage. It has put me off using the metro

@My_Metro I was travelling back from the coast last night with my children. A group of teenagers got on. One boy started calling my teenager a nonce and was clearly after a fight. We got off and went onto the next carriage where there were two security officers.
