@AmazonHelp @amazonIN Why would you deliver the product to neighbors without customer consent above all you should call cx and inform that you are giving it to neighbors however my product is not delivered to anyone, You ppl are taking money upfront and making cx to suffer this is absolutely fraud

And lady conductor communicates with passengers in a disrespectful and abrasive tone, often raising her voice, using harsh language, Her manner appears impatient and unprofessional, lacking basic courtesy expected in a service Is this how KKRTC functions?

@KKRTC_Journeys @RLR_BTM was traveling from Humnabad to Bidar on a nonstop bus with my mother, and the female conductor refused to accept my mom's Aadhar card, which was on my smartphone. She gave the excuse that if the phone died for any technical reason, it might cause problem

I don't understand this reasoning because people who travel with physical Aadhar cards or with photo copies may lose them while traveling, how do they handle this situation? Stop giving illogical reasons we never asked to give free service and put terms and conditions on top ofit
