@RBI says their is no regulatory impediment to banks in forming the consortium to extend credit in Amrapali Projects. Then what’s wrong in intervening & directing banks to form consortium as requested by SC Receiver in #AmrapaliCase? Passing the buck may not help the resolution.

Dear @nsitharaman Ji.

Ld. Receiver has echoed to my suggestion on excursion of FARs & sold/unsold inventory of such projects where SBI Cap is not funding. I request @FinMinIndia to include “Terrace Homes” or take these projects as “special projects”

Cc: Hon Min @HardeepSPuri

[Tanweer @Tanweer97305088]

@amitguptaHR @FinMinIndia @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia @nsitharaman ji your intervention is required to finalise the SBI cap and include the terrace home.
We required your much needed support to get our dream home.

[Amit Gupta 🇮🇳 @amitguptaHR]

Good Morning Hon’ble Minister @HardeepSPuri. You have always heard us, helped & navigated us. Please direct SBI Cap to add Terrace Homes in their final list of #AmrapaliStressFunding.

Terrace Homes can’t be separated as per NBCC & tenders are also opened.

[Amit Gupta 🇮🇳 @amitguptaHR]

@PayaswiniLLB I have said time & again. #RERA & #IBC are contrary forums for #HomeBuyers. Unless a harmony is established between both of them, confrontation shall continue. This will not give any solution to HBs.

Which lead to only one question. Why to buy an undercontruction flats?

[Manish Miglani @ManishMiglani9]

everyone knows that Amrapali projects can become profitable considering the work done and inventory available then why not consider terrace homes for stress fund. @TheOfficialSBI @FinMinIndia @PMOIndia @ACPBuyers #AmrapaliFlatBuyers #amrapalistressfund @OfficialNBCC @nsitharaman

[Amitabh Negi @AmitabhNegiDDN]

We #AmrapaliFlatBuyers request Honourable @FinMinIndia Madam Smt @nsitharaman Ji and @TheOfficialSBI to kindly include #TerraceHomes and finalise the #AmrapaliStressFund for #AmrapaliProjects 🙏

[Amit Gupta 🇮🇳 @amitguptaHR]

On the first place such issues shouldn’t have taken place as Hon SC had appointed #NBCC for construction. I request SBI Cap Ventures not to further delay #StressFunding. Please finalise the project funding as per NBCC tenders, being in advanced stages. #AmrapaliFlatBuyers

[kris Giri @kris15091977]
