@SanDiegoKnight H1B is tmp work visa but dual intent visa.Applicant can extend or change to diff. visa if they wish to do so.There is no loophole here. Is there H1B abuse?-Yes.But that subset of abuse is way too less nd ending H1B abruptly won’t solve ur employment issue either. (Go do ur math)

@SanDiegoKnight Immigration pathway isn’t loophole just coz some1 uses it to remain lawfully employed. Marriage GC/CPT are explicit legal process. If some1 misrepresents marriage or enrolls solely to misuse CPT, that’s abuse. but you haven’t est. either. You say compliance itself a loophole haha

And H1B workforce is a tiny subset of entire workforce. It's not gonna fix any real issue. If u don't like Indians, just say it and move on.
