@lady_valor_07 Also, ever wonder why other countries don't tip? Tipping was started so that employers could legally ignore minimum wage and pay POC less. It has stated in practice because they know their employees rely on their jobs. If they were paid what they are worth we wouldn't need to tip

@lady_valor_07 First I am ashamed to see how many people in the comments cannot calculate percentages. Second, tipping is an unfortunate fact of the service industry. Most servers work for well beneath minimum wage because their employers can say that tips make up the difference.
