@FlyingBrussels My baggage was severely damaged, and I raised a complaint for reimbursement on the same day of flight 05 Oct 2024. The file reference number is BRUSN66471. So far, no updates have been received. The customer care said it will be resolved in 2-3 weeks. Pls update!
