Meanwhile, 7 lines appeared on my screen. Later found out the series had free display replacement (service charge only), Got it fixed now, no more lines (hopefully)!
Hello @SamsungIndia@SamsungMobile This is samsung galaxy S22 purchased in January 2023 in India through @amazonIN. After the software update, phone shows green line. I took this to samsung support and looks like they can't provide a solution. @jagograhakjago#greenline#Samsung
@SamsungIndia Thanks for your attention. My experience has been disappointing due to rude customer service. Despite owning a premium Samsung phone, it feels like the company prioritizes only ultra high-end models, leaving customers like me overlooked. I hope this feedback leads to improvements
