EFT is a fabulous set of stress-reducing techniques. I use EFT myself and I love sharing these skills with young people. There are some great suggestions in this article on how to try EFT with your kids. Check it out!

How many times as a kid did you hear, “Stop feeling [fill in the blank]”? Children experience many emotions. Simply telling them that it’s ok to feel how they are feeling can be a powerful tool. It gives space for those feelings to move rather than freezing them in place.
Toward the end of my time with one of my students, I asked if there was anything else he wanted me to know about him. He said, “I like to be creative, stay positive, and be brave.” Great advice from a 10-year-old!

Forgiveness is our P2 trait of the week. Forgiving yourself is just as important as forgiving others. Love yourself enough to let go. @WestGeneseeCSD @Sdunhamwgms
Sometimes it can be difficult to find gratitude when you’re in the midst of chaos, but it’s worth the effort! Today, I’m grateful for my awesome colleagues and the teamwork happening behind the scenes to help our students. @Sdunhamwgms @MJMcGrathjr
