Really disappointed in @GetYourGuide. I cancelled right after booking, the app glitched and didn’t register it, and I never used the tour at all. Now they’ve refused a refund and closed the ticket (#18910665). Hoping someone can actually help. 🙏 I’m a student and this hurt!!
@AmazonHelp I connected briefly and they told me it’s an incorrect account. I don’t even know how that’s possible since I use the same Email ID everywhere.
