@Zoomcar_India I was told that customer service would contact in half hour. Well it’s been more than an hour and i still haven’t gotten any calls.

@Zoomcar_India and it’s horrible customer service. Doesn’t wanna help their customers because they don’t understand how unsafe it is for 4 girls with a kid to be sitting alone in the middle of the road in a secluded area.

The need of a Stepney to exist is the owner of the car keeps it filled incases like these but you won’t arrange someone to call back or the owner to end the trip so we have to resort to such difficult ways to get home. I’d like to thank you on loosing a customer.

So nice of you guys to reply. We had to ask for help from two strangers to get our Stepney filled with air. With this amazing service i am never bloody booking with your app again. There are multiple players in the market offering the same i’d rather choose anyone else.
