@GOtvNg I've called customer service multiple times, but the explanations haven't been clear. My subscription date was pushed back from the 4th of every new month to the 27th without clarity. I've been escalated multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved.

@nigimmigration @nigimmigration Kindly look into the complaints, as regards my children's passport, which is yet to issue since last year October 2022, at the Festac office. The PCO is not doing anything about it

@nigimmigration kindly look into this as this is the ninth month after capture and am yet to get the e-passport, even applicants that did capture in 2023 have gotten their passports.

@nigimmigration I have been to the Festac office several times, and I tried to see the PCO but his Secretary LEBILE and BISI never allowed me to see him, I was there to see him again on Tuesday the 4thof July and was made to wait for over 4 hours.
