@audibleuk hi. I’ve just had my 12 month subscription renew unexpectedly which means I think I have lost some credits as it’s only showing 18 credits not the number I expected. Please can someone look into this (I thought I had not signed up for a renewal so soon)

@Vitality_UK wow this new rewards is a massive downgrade. Please stop trying to spin it as ‘more choice’ because ultimately it’s less rewards weekly and now a luck element on monthly. This is the last push I needed to cancel after 8 years. Over to AXA to keep my gym discount.
