My MIL barely wished him a happy birthday, she merely said to give him a birthday hug. I was crushed yesterday, still upset about it. But we were here. We said happy birthday tirelessly, & loved on him so hard.

My son turned 1 yesterday. People commented on my IG/FB post to wish him a happy birthday. But only like.. 4 people personally texted us to do it. No one (namely my in laws since we live in the same town) came over to see him. My FIL didn’t even text..

My neighbour was against celebrating Canada Day to honour and support the indigenous peoples. Until fireworks started, and she woke her 3 children up to watch them & now they’re screaming and crying. #ffs

Fireworks are so obnoxious. It is 10pm. Babies are sleeping. Animals are relaxing. I am in bed. This is just not necessary.

My upstairs neighbours have 0 respect for us. The kids (who’s bedtime is at 8 as I was told the other day) are currently having a dance party & the other day when I complained about other banging around at 730pm, I was basically told to deal with it til they go to bed 🤦🏻‍♀️ #nothnx
