We’ve been without fibre since 10th April. A number of households in our neighbourhood are also without. Customer Service insisted we followed routines to check its not an us problem. They have now offered a service visit on 29th April and think thats acceptable!

@bt_uk My issue is that your loyalty team think it’s ok to charge two pensioners to buy out their contract when they’ve had to go into cared for accommodation due to my Mum’s advancing dementia. £129 is a significant amount to a pensioner. They asked me if I was happy with that! NO

@bt_uk really disappointed in your loyalty team today who forced my elderly parents into paying out their contract. They had to move into assisted living accommodation due to my Mum’s sudden advance in her Dementia journey. No loyalty given there for years of being a customer.

@Pod_Point Derbyshire to Sutton on Sea in a Mokka e - will top up a little for free at Tesco’s in Mablethorpe. Did a Derby to Mortehoe trip last month in my partners Tesla topping up at Bristol services, and then in Braunton and Minehead on the way back. More chargers = less range anxiety!

@HSBC any chance your could answer your phones to help with a Business International Payment query. Second day of trying to sort this I’ve been passed from one department to another and our Relationship Manager isn’t answering our emails. 🤷‍♀️
